What are your shipping methods and times?
All packages are shipped from our hands to yours from our studio here in lovely Pocatello, Idaho, USA.
All packages typically ship within 1-3 business days through USPS first class mail.
Free shipping and Standard First Class packages typically take 5-7 business days to arrive in your hot little hands, but may be subject to seasonal or other delays from our lovely post office people.
This means that your package will arrive in a happy white bubble envelope in your regular mail box. 😊
Advent Boxes
Advent Boxes will begin shipping out the first week of November using UPS Ground shipping unless otherwise requested.
We want to make sure your box makes it safely into your hands, so if you need it delivered earlier or later, CLICKY HERE to contact us and let us know!
How are returns & exchanges handled?
We understand that sometimes you just don’t love things as much as you thought you would and are happy to accept returns or exchanges of merchandise within 30 days of your purchase, providing that your item is in its original, resalable condition.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, or the item has been damaged for any reason OTHER than due to our error, we’re very sorry, but we can’t accept the return.

I have used my Carousel Wrist Strap twice at knitting group now, and it’s so comfortable that I forget I’m using it. With 7 folks sitting around a cafe table, there is no room to set my carousel base, so I just hang it off my wrist and knit away. The yarn moves easily off the cake and up to my needles without a hitch. I’m so glad that I ordered this accessory!

The wrist strap to attach to the yarn to go carousel is very well-made and fits nicely on my wrist is perfect for a smaller yarn ball to carry with you and not be chasing your yarn ball
I am not happy with the connecting ring because I have a bit of troubles attaching and de-attaching it. It works a treat once on (or off) and has been used almost daily since I received the carousel.

Love the widening strap! It is easy to clip on which I really appreciated because my Noro yarn ball was huge and was a mini challenge to hook it on just to keep the ball on my Carousel.

I was very excited to make this purchase. Love that it's a dual purpose thing. However, it squeaks every time in spins (like it needs oil but there's no place to put the oil). It also only spins when on a hard, flat surface. The middle spindle part could be narrower because I'm not sure how a cake would fit on a 1.25 inch wide spindle. My cot lino came off the winder with a wide opening in the center so it worked out for me. So, overall, it's an ok experience.

All of the carousels often make a kind of rattle sound when they spin, but there shouldn't be too much of a squeaking 😔
The spinning mechanism is plastic with metal ball bearings. There shouldn't be anything in it that would be metal on metal. It's intentionally sealed off so that your yarn can't get caught in there and become tangled, which unfortunately makes it impossible to oil. And since the mechanism is plastic. I'm not sure that oil would help.
