We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Customer Care Assistant (Knitter Preferred)
Remote Position (Idaho Preferred)
Hours – 30–40 hours / week M–F
Flexible hours
Pay – $18–$22 / hr (depending on experience)
Primary responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in taking excellent care of our customers. You’ll respond to emails, answer knitting-related questions, assist with order issues, and help ensure that every interaction reflects the heart of our brand. You will work closely with our current Customer Care Manager and be trained in our systems and processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Responding to customer service emails in a timely and professional manner
• Answering knitting technique and product questions with clarity and kindness
• Monitoring and replying to social media messages and comments
• Assisting customers with shipping questions, returns, exchanges, and order troubleshooting
• Supporting communication with wholesale accounts
• Keeping the inbox organized and ensuring follow-ups are completed
• Escalating more complex issues when needed
What We’re Looking For:
• A knitter with hands-on experience (strongly preferred)
• Excellent written communication skills
• A warm, calm, and solution-oriented personality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple conversations at once
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to learn our systems and take direction
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
