Shortie Bamboo Cable Needles For Knitting

I immediately opened the package and began using the middle cable needle for my current project. It was so much easier to twist the cables with this needle. I had been using a thicker needle with a bend in it. Thanks so much for this perfect little set!

These are cute and great for small cables. They are so smooth and with just enough of a tip that it won’t split the yarn. A great addition to my knitting arsenal.

I received my bamboo cable stitch holders and what a treasure they are to have! So easy to navigate around when working my cables. So blessed for this find!!

I haven't used them to cable yet but they are very nice needles, they feel like good quality, very smooth, but not so smooth they'll slide out when used. I also like how short they are. They fit into the little tins very nicely. Very easy to tuck in to a little project container..

I love these so much that I got a set for my granddaughter who is learning to cable knit.

Have not had a chance to use these yet, but I love that they are not slippery and have little notches to avoid stitches from falling off. Having multiple sizes is a plus because I can get close to my needle size and just work off the cable needle (not something I can do with my current cable needles).

I was so excited for this item. Sadly, it just wasn't quite as good as I hoped. Even the largest one doesn't hold in place when cable knitting. Also, it snags on my yarn and pulls out little threads.

Large needle is very rough and catches yarn. I ordered thinking they would be much smoother than Knit Picks cable needles but they are worse! Very disappointed!

It is great! The stitches don’t slide off. It is short enough not to get in the way. I am very pleased with it.

The Shortie Bamboo Cable needles are just what I needed

I have several because I want them in any project bag that I am working on cables. They are perfect, and I love that there is more than one size. Perfect!

I'm really pleased with these shorties... I'm finding that cabling is going much faster. Previously, I'd only used a shepherd's crook cable needle, but I like these much better. I like the ridges in them a lot.

I love these cable needles. They are perfect. The way they are designed the yarn does not slide off and the length is just right. They don’t get stuck in the previously knit rows.

I love these needles. There is a slight indentation in the center that keeps the stitches in place. Other cables do not. They are easy to handle as well. Will probably buy more

I love these. They are not slippery when you make a ca le, so the stitches don’t slide off the needles. I love these, and all the products I purchased

They really keep a good hold of the stitches while your are knitting. Easy to knit the slipped stitches right from the cable needle. Highly recommend.

It was easy to move from the front of the project to the the back of the project. The yarn stayed on the needle until I either knit or purl to the needle.
If it is taken care of and put in a safe place where it will not get lost, it will be good fr many projects

I haven’t had the chance to use these yet but plan on doing so soon! As always, they arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. I have ordered many knitting aids through Twice Sheared Sheep and have never been disappointed! This is a wonderful store!!!

One of the needles was very rough and was snagging on every use. I used an emery board to smooth out the rough areas. Seems to work fine now.

These are cute and perfect for me to do cables. I brought 2 in case I lose one. I'm known for that!!

I am brand new to cabling and these are great but wish they were just a tad bit longer for my likes, but again I am new to this.

I love using the short bamboo cable needles! No more dropped cable stitches, my cable stitches are so much easier !!

In the past with metal or plastic cable needles I had lots of issues with the needle slipping off stitches due to being slick.
The new bamboo needles from TSS have ridges and made of bamboo so not slick and have more stability in staying within the stitch. Really decreases my frustration and repair time from dropped stitches.

Really like using these for cable on my socks.

Love these, thet don’t slip like smooth metal ones.
