Perfect
Very easy to use
Fits well. Color doesn't bleed.
It is so handy no matter where I use it. I love that it spins on its base and sits flat. But I can also hang it up with the wrist strap and it works perfectly this way, too!
I love the yarn carousel I received - it's pretty, light, and useful. So useful, in fact, that I wanted to take it with me when I wandered around, maximizing its utility. I purchased a Yarn To Go Wrist Strap and the level of excited I was is about the level of disappointed I was when I had to wiggle and wrangle and try to find a way to attach the claw without damaging the wood of the carousel. You can see from one of my attached pictures the dent that the claw made in the wood. While it's small and I realized right away that I'd have to be much more careful with it than I'd expected, the reality is that... I'm taking like three minutes to try and hook this thing without damaging the wood.
Since it's important that the carousel is light and convenient to carry, I think the problem here is that the hook part is too small. In the picture I've attached, you can see how I can barely edge my thumb in there to try and hook it onto the carousel.
Additionally, I think a lobster claw might be better here - I have to stick my thumb into the opening and... compete with the loop of the yarn carousel to make this work.
Because the accessory damages the product it's intended for... I gotta give this a 1-star rating. Furthermore, it's frustrating to work with and I've actually set the loop aside entirely, just taking the carousel around and setting it on my knee. I do not, unfortunately, get to hang it from my wrist and use it while roaming.

What are your shipping methods and times?
All packages are shipped from our hands to yours from our studio here in lovely Pocatello, Idaho, USA.
All packages typically ship within 1-3 business days through USPS first class mail.
Free shipping and Standard First Class packages typically take 5-7 business days to arrive in your hot little hands, but may be subject to seasonal or other delays from our lovely post office people.
This means that your package will arrive in a happy white bubble envelope in your regular mail box. 😊
Advent Boxes
Advent Boxes will begin shipping out the first week of November using UPS Ground shipping unless otherwise requested.
We want to make sure your box makes it safely into your hands, so if you need it delivered earlier or later, CLICKY HERE to contact us and let us know!
How are returns & exchanges handled?
We understand that sometimes you just don’t love things as much as you thought you would and are happy to accept returns or exchanges of merchandise within 30 days of your purchase, providing that your item is in its original, resalable condition.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, or the item has been damaged for any reason OTHER than due to our error, we’re very sorry, but we can’t accept the return.
